Sen Architects designed the complete fit out of several floors in this building, including offices for the Rackets Bureau and Accounting Departments. The work had to be phased in a detailed manner since the offices are occupied 24/7.
The design created a user friendly space that is amenable for long hours at work. Daylight penetrates to the interior space through a variety of glazed perimeter offices. Sen Architects selected the wall systems and all furniture for the entire fit out.
Security concerns were paramount and were incorporated in the layout, in a manner that did not make the system cumbersome and onerous on the users of the space.
