This project involved the complete interior rehabilitation of 40,000 sq. ft. of space on two levels of a midrise tower in New York City a growing communications company was consolidating its operations at one location. Sen Architects were involved in this project from the programming stages.

The interior design is reflective of a young but dignified corporation. Natural light was maintained in all areas, including clerical areas. The architectural detailing was a strong element in the overall design, linking all departments and areas into a visual whole.

All the Mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to meet the new load requirements.

Phasing was an important consideration, as the office had to be operational at all times. Sen Architects did the programming, space planning, architectural design, construction supervision for this project.
