This project consists of corporate offices, classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria and a chapel. It is located in Long Island, in a town that is undergoing urban revitalization along this strip. The goal is to reinforce the renewal of the town by creating a chapel that will symbolically be a welcoming beacon for the neighborhood's rebirth.
The circular chapel in an object that is located in front of the office slab towards the rear. The children's playground occupies the roof of the office building. The building will utilize geothermal heating and cooling system and be LEED certified.
